About Course
Children explore Dharma in daily life through the Panchatatva, the five elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space; a simple understanding of the three qualities Sattva (purity), Rajas (activity) and Tamas (inertia) through stories; the meaning of daily rituals such as Namaste, Tilak and lighting the lamp; the concepts of Seva (service) and Ahimsa (non-violence) for children; and the story of King Harishchandra and the value of truth (Satya).
